Where is my dock at the riverfront! There are a lot of us pleasure boaters that use the river on a regular basis, and we need that dock so we can get on our boat after we have launched it! I know we are not big numbers of people but when we go out on our boat we buy gas, food, ice all here in Paducah! Without the dock we go to the lake and spend our money there.
I think with no paddle wheeler boats coming anymore then maybe we should rethink this riverfront project. We don't want to have to go way downriver to launch our boats and have to leave our vehicles in a place where they could be broken into! I say we do some improvements but the riverfront is pretty popular right now just like it is!
